Who can apply?
Startups and companies in biotechnology, healthcare, and life sciences are warmly welcomed to apply — from early-stage ventures to growth-stage innovators, whether based in Saudi Arabia or abroad.
When should I apply? Save your spot early
The portal opens on 24 June 2026 and the submission deadline is 27 August 2026. Access is managed automatically, and early submissions receive priority review consideration.
What do I need to submit?
Create a startup profile via the Startup Application Portal and submit a pitch deck (PDF or PPT). You may also upload optional supporting materials: an intro video, publications, patents, or additional documents (multiple files allowed).
Is there a cost to participate?
Participation is completely free. Selected finalists will receive logistics details for the RGMBS 2026 event in Riyadh.
What criteria are used to evaluate applications?
A panel of scientific advisors and investment professionals conducts blind reviews. Each application is assessed on the following criteria:
